Out of the different kinds of interesting heritages existing in such an ancient city as Cartagena actually is, this is a tour focused on the mouth-watering one, as you will be paying a visit to three different bars from the old quarter which are not the usual visitor-oriented thing you can expect. The first two are historical taverns where locals are the regulars, and in each you will be served two tapas and two drinks, for you to sample the city’s most accomplished gastronomic offer, that you will also be explained about. By the last one, actually a boutique cafeteria, you will have the chance of tasting the local coffee, the famous ‘Asiatico’ and at the same time learning about its curious origin. A tour involving very little walking (and always over flat ground), as bars are very close to each other, but with plenty of gorgeous-looking Art-Noveau buildings in the short distance to cover. Absolutely, an experience you will enjoy.
