HOW TO BOOK
Booking in advance is essential for all our tours
For a booking to be confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total tour Price should be made in advance.
The remaining amount will due for payment on the day of the tour.
We offer two different kind of tours:
- WEEKLY TOURS: On a prescheduled basis; this is, previously set on an specific date, open for everybody to join them
- TOURS ON REQUEST: Custom tours for private parties, run on the day of their choice.
1. To book A WEEKLY TOUR
You must send us a mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org . We will inform you then about the remaining availability for that tour, and also about if we have reached the minimum bookings for the tour to go ahead. Once the availability is confirmed, you can choose one of the following payment methods.
A) BANK TRANSFER:
To the following account: ES13 3183 3000 4110 0864 1522. It must include the payer’s name, the number of persons for whom the booking is made and the tour’s date. Example: STEVENS x 4 – June the 5th
B) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
After sending us word through mail of your wish to pay this way, we will send you a link for you to make the payment with a completely safe procedure.
C) PAYMENT ON SITE:
If it’s a last minute booking, after conveying us your intention of joining the tour through mail, and under our previous agreement, you could pay on site the day of the tour the full amount for it.
2. To book any of the TOURS ON REQUEST
You must first send us a mail to: email@example.com, advising us about the tour you want to do and also ABOUT THE DATE OF YOUR CHOICE for us to run it privately for you or your party. After reaching an agreement on the date, you will then be able to proceed to pay.
Please, note that for any Tour On Request to be considered fully booked, you should be willing to pay at least for the minimum of people required for each tour to go ahead, as specified in all of the Tours’ Details. Once this extreme is understood, and the date is agreed by both parties, you can then procceed to make the payment for the required minimum through the following methods:
A) BANK TRANSFER:
To the following account: ES13 3183 3000 4110 0864 1522. It must include the payer’s surname, the number of people for whom the booking is made and the NAME and DATE for the tour. Example: STEVENS x 8 – ART-NOUVEAU CARTAGENA, June the 5th
B) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
To pay this way you must use any of the RESERVE buttons below each of the tours to be found in the different sections gathered under the TOURS ON REQUEST lettering. Follow the easy and simple instructions and we will then be sending you by mail an absolutely safe link to complete the payment procedure.
ABOUT OUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT METHOD:
Credit Card transactions in our web page are processed through the Redsys Payment Gateway for Secure Electronic Commerce , using the trusted international online payment systems Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode, both with 3D Secure technology, ensuring full confidentiality and security of your personal and bank information.
If you want to pay for a tour booking this way, after sending us word of your wish (always making clear the day for the booking), you will be automatically guided through the simple steps to fully confirm it. Basically, after filling a form through the RESERVE button, you will be provided with an e-commerce link through which you will be able to complete the transaction.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Your booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the departure of the tour without penalty and the complete booking will be refunded to you. Refunds will be available through the same method payments were carried out.
No refund will be given with less than 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation.
- To book any WEEKLY TOUR you should send us first a mail, you don’t need to use the RESERVE button, which is exclusively meant for the credit card payment of the TOURS ON REQUEST
- To book any of the TOURS IN REQUEST, is really essential to reach an agreement on the date of the tour before starting the payment procedure. Bookings will only be confirmed once this agreement is reached by both sides.
- All mail communications aiming to book a tour, regardless the kind of tour or the chosen payment method, should include the customer’s surname; number or people for whom the booking is made and name and date for the tour.
